1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Kedi Bet website (kedibet.online) and our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and Kedi Bet ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our").
2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions
You may only register and use our services if:
- You are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
- Online gambling is legal in your country of residence.
- You are not located in a restricted jurisdiction (see Section 2.2).
- You are not a professional player colluding or using automated systems.
- You have not been previously banned or excluded from our platform.
Restricted Countries: We do not accept players from the United States, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Netherlands, Israel, and other jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure the legality of online gambling in your location.
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must create a player account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration (name, date of birth, email, address).
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
- Not create multiple accounts. Each player may have only one active account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and may result in forfeiture of funds.
- Complete verification (KYC) when requested, providing valid government-issued ID and proof of address.
We reserve the right to verify your identity at any time. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account suspension or closure.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method (typically $10 or equivalent). Funds must come from a payment method registered in your name. We do not accept third-party deposits.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-48 hours after verification. Minimum withdrawal is $20 (or equivalent). Withdrawal limits:

4.3 Processing Fees
We do not charge fees for withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply transaction fees. Cryptocurrency network fees (gas fees) are deducted from the withdrawal amount.
Withdrawal Processing: First-time withdrawals require identity verification. Subsequent withdrawals are typically faster. We reserve the right to reverse withdrawals if games are deemed unfair or bonus terms violated.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms announced with each offer. General bonus conditions:
- Bonuses are available only to players with a single active account.
- Minimum deposit required to claim a bonus is stated in the promotion.
- Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds or associated winnings.
- Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements (see Section 6).
- We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time.
- Bonus abuse (creating multiple accounts, hedging bets, etc.) will result in forfeiture of bonuses and potential account closure.
6. Wagering Requirements
Standard wagering requirements for our welcome bonus and most promotions are 35x the bonus amount (or bonus + deposit, as stated). Game contribution percentages:

Maximum bet while wagering a bonus is $5 per spin/hand unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit may void the bonus and winnings.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban:
- Fraud or collusion: Using multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage.
- Automated software (bots): Using scripts or AI to place bets or play games.
- Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotions through coordinated play or hedging.
- Money laundering: Making deposits and withdrawals without genuine gameplay.
- Underage gambling: Players under 18 years old.
- Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate deposits with your bank/payment provider.
- Manipulating software: Attempting to hack or reverse-engineer our games.
8. Account Closure and Dormancy
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be refunded after deducting applicable fees.
Dormant Accounts: If your account remains inactive (no logins) for 12 consecutive months, we may charge a monthly maintenance fee of $5 (or equivalent) deducted from your balance. After 24 months of inactivity, the account may be closed and remaining funds forfeited.
9. Responsible Gaming
Kedi Bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps.
- Loss limits: Restrict the amount you can lose over a period.
- Session time limits: Receive reminders after continuous play.
- Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from our platform (6 months to lifetime).
- Cooling-off period: Short-term break from 24 hours to 6 weeks.

Self-Exclusion: Once activated, self-exclusion is irreversible during the chosen period. You will not be able to access your account or withdraw funds until the period ends. Exclusions are binding and we will refuse reopening attempts.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kedi Bet shall not be liable for:
- Any loss or damage arising from your use of our platform.
- Technical failures, server downtime, or force majeure events.
- Losses resulting from incorrect information provided by you.
- Third-party payment processor errors or delays.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Curacao, where our license is issued. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Curacao law.

12. Amendments to Terms
